Anytime the Loft is Open

Swing by the Loft and make a zine at the library's pop-up zine station. What's a zine, you ask? A zine is a short, self-made magazine. They can be about anything and everything. There are zines filled with stories, art, comics, top 10 lists, how-to guides, and more. If it exists, there is probably a zine about it. We will provide all the supplies and guidance to get you started making your very own zine. You can share with other teens in the Loft or keep it just for you. No registration or experience necessary.

Sarah Aronson shows you how to return a book to the library the Rube Goldberg way! Every hour, she will read from her new picture book, Just Like Rube Goldberg, and you are invited to help make a human Rube Goldberg machine! We will raffle off some books, courtesy of Booked in Evanston!
